NEWS & OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS
- So, it's been a while, but I just want to thank everyone who came to see us play with The Fight and The Uprising. It was a great show and we appreciate, as always, the support we get from all of our friends and fans. No shows are scheduled but we will definetly have one in the near future. Right now we're just plannin' and focused on finishing out the school year. If you're having a party or anything like it and would like us to play however, we will gladly do that. Please just let us know in advance.
- ALSO WE HAVE CD's!!! We're finally finished putting together our cd/demo/whatever you want to call it - AMPLIFY CONTROL. We're selling them for only $5 and it's worth your money. There are a total of 9 songs. We still are selling shirts for $10 if you want one of those also.

- Whats up everyone?? Right now it seems our band is in a temporary 'sleep' mode (we've been kinda taking a break). Not to worry, things will soon pick back up as we finally finish up our cd sometime hopefully soon and have our cd release party and show with the Fight.
- Our CD is gonna be composed of four studio recorded songs, eight live tracks (from the show at The Door on the main stage, December 3rd, 2004), and one extra acoustic song at the end. The CD is gonna look tight with a front and back cover and a label on the actual CD. We will be selling them probably for about 8$ or so. We are still uncertain about the location of the CD release show, please help us out and let us know if you know anywhere we could play for free (the date of the show is unconfirmed as well). -- 01/29/05

- Hey kids, sorry for the late update. We've been very busy recording and putting this cd together. Our show at The Door was definetly our best yet. Big thanks to everyone who came out. The moshing was awesome, for our third show atleast. We had a total of about 68 people there. If you listen closely to our cd, you might hear yourself. We'll have 8 live tracks from that show on AC (Amplify Control) plus an additional acoustic song. It'll be great.
- As you can also see, we have this new look for our website. (If you've ever been talking to me on the phone and I wasn't really paying attention to you because I was busy building this website... yeah well sorry folks.) This website's a little bit more from scratch than the last one. We used one of those free, easy online site builders on our old website. Hopefully you can enjoy this one more or as much as you did the last one.
 - Well, as you can tell, it turned out we didn't have our cd ready at our last show. It said so in the fliers, but we lied. We are gonna try to have a cd release party sometime after school returns from the holidays. Problem is, we don't have a venue for it. If you are wanting to have a party sometime soon and want some kind of entertainment, please let us know and we can work a party into a cd-release show. It'll be a ball! (...yeah) Also, March 10, we have another show planned. It will be at The Door once again on the Main Stage and we'll be playing with an awesome band from the UK called The Fight. They're a great punk band who used to be signed to Fat Wreck and are now signed to Repossesion Records. For more info on them, you can check them out in the 'Links' page on our website. They're worth looking in to.
- One more thing... I just wanna say, Polar Express was one of the raddest Christmas movies ever next to Elf. Man that was awesome stuff. Check it out man. It'll knock your socks off! Happy holidays everyone! -- 12/21/04

- Well, Across the Street Bar wasn't a huge success, but to the people that showed up, thanks a lot. We didn't really premote this show as much as our last one because we really want everyone to come out December 3 to the Door. We'll be playing on the Main Stage this time and we'll hopefully have new t-shirts and CD's available.
- Yes, we are definetly going into the studio this weekend. Right now it looks like were going to record a four song cd so be sure to bring some extra cash to the show. -- 11/16/04

- Hey everyone, sorry we haven't been updating our news lately. We've kinda taken somewhat of a break. But now we're back and have another show for you all. We are going to play Nov. 13 at the Across the Street Bar on Yale which is right off Greenville Blvd. We'll be playing with our good friends, The Uprising, so it should be an awesome show. We will also be selling more t-shirts and we'll try to have enough this time. We'll have more show information up soon.
- Next weekend we are also going to be recording for our upcoming cd. We'll have most of the songs we played at our last show. We'll also tell you more about that later on.
- Sometime early next December we'll be playing another show at The Door. Hopefully by then our cd will be ready to sell. Make sure you tell your friends about all of the upcoming events. We're probably going to be handing out flyers also, so if you want to help out with that, let us know. -- 10/28/04

- Last night's show at The Door was AWESOME. Thanks to everyone who came out, even those who arrived late and just missed us (maybe we can get you on a guestlist next time or something). We screwed up a couple of times but those mistakes can easily be fixed. We had a total of 60 people come out to see us which was way more than we expected. It was great to see everyone. There were even some old faces I hadn't seen in a while. That was pretty cool. Afterwards we watched Steal Train rock on the main stage which was awesome. I think Carl's in love with them now. They are one great jam band. It was a blast playing the show and hanging out with everyone afterwards. Thanks again to those who saw us.
- So, our next project will be recording a new cd. We're gonna go into an actual studio and record, hopefully, a 5-6 song EP. We're not sure when it'll be finished but you can be asking us about that. Also, I know some of you all we're asking about t-shirts last night (by the way, sorry that we ran out). We'll definetly be making more of the same shirts so you can find us at school and talk to us there or you can e-mail us at our band's address. Just tell us how many and what size and we'll do our best to get them made for you.
- Still be looking out for a guitarist. We're probably going to need one for our next show which is gonna hopefully be sometime late October, early November...something like that. We'll let you know. -- 9/26/04

- So as you can see above, we got this mailing list thing going, and if you were paying attention it's been on the bottom of this page for a long time but I don't think anyone's really noticed it. Join the mailing list if you're a big AFC fan. We'll try to keep you updated on some upcoming events or things like that. Once again, tell all of your friends about the show Saturday night next week (Sept. 25) at the Door. We're gonna be playing on the Theater Stage with five awesome bands so make sure you are there. -- 9/16/04

- Finally! We got a show! A real show, not at Franklin! Yes we are playing at the Door Sept. 25. And that's a Saturday night so I better see a good turn out. No excuses. Yeah so anyway, if your not really sure if you wanna come check out our song on Pure Volume that we just got up. We recorded it on our own so it sounds a little louzy but its the best recording we have. Were gonna hopefully be making t-shirts for the show also. Be sure to come. -- 9/1/04

- What's up my little mofos. I just got the new Rise Against CD yesterday. I must say, it wasn't like their old stuff. I don't know what happened on some of the songs. But, I also must say that State of the Union is one of the best Rise Against songs I've ever heard. If your just getting into them or whatever though, get Revolutions Per Minute man. It's an awesome CD. Yeah. Definetly. Without a doubt. Totally. Rockin' man. Awesome. Radical. ok. -- 8/11/04

- I just want to let everyone who listens to us know that our recording on PureVolume was our first recording ever and don't let that be your main impression of our band. We are about to put a much better recorded version of Rebel Wasteland on there - with drums, bass, and better vocals - so listen to us then. I'm not sure which is going to happen first but sometime after school starts we'll either have a demo ready or play show somewhere.
I just want to let everyone who knows people in the band know that our music may not be what you expect. When we played at Franklin, our music was more pop punkish going for emo, haha. But now we're hoping to sound more punk / rock / hardcore. Yeah, I've already said most of this in ABOUT but I'm just repeating so that no one's surprised. Anyway once again don't let our crappy recordings let that be your first impression of us. Hope to see you all soon. -- 7/27/04
